Resources to match the ambitions

The programmes of measures, or action plans for the 2010-2015 Water Development and Management Master Plans, estimate a budget for actions to be funded at 27 billion euros, for the period from 2010 to 2015 for the basins of Metropolitan France and the overseas basins.

Through their intervention programmes (12.3 billion euros in the period from 2007 to 2012) and the efforts of their 1,800 staff in the different districts, the water agencies facilitate the implementation of the actions required to achieve good water status.
